The policy of the Governing Body as to The School’s broad and balanced Curriculum:

A full statement of the Governing Body’s policy (which complies with the School Information (England) Regulations 2008) may be inspected in school by Parents at their request.

The Governing Body wishes the school to offer a curriculum which is appropriate for all its pupils and which, where it is reasonably practicable, takes account of the expressed views of parents. The curriculum must have regard to the need to prepare boys and girls for the world of work, higher education and for life in modern Britain.

Any complaint by a parent concerning a curriculum matter about which a parent can legitimately make complaint should, in the first instance, be made to the head teacher. If the complaint cannot be resolved, the head teacher must refer the matter to the Governing Body, or, if urgent action is required, to the Chair of Governors.
