The College Behaviour, Attendance, Anti-bullying, Code of Conduct, Rewards, Uniform and Confiscation Policies have been reviewed in light of the Equality Act 2010.

As an admission authority the Governors of St Francis Xavier’s College are required by law to consult on their admission arrangements.

The published admission number is now 196.

Changes to the policy are as a result of new requirements in the Admissions Code which is effective from 1st February 2012.

Additionally the method for distance measurement has been changed in line with Local Authority recommendations.
